There is no doubting that the Hungarian government is going to soon come out with even more amendments to the 1991 Hungarian Gambling Act that clearly address the legality of online casinos and poker sites in this market. For now though, the Hungarian accepting gaming sites are free and clear to accept players from this country without serious repercussions.
