What a Fortunate Win

Sometimes the winning stories coming out of the land and online casino gambling industry show that there are days when the fates are simply smiling down on you. The latest case of a fun but completely unexpected win was for a store clerk working in Ohio, US. The winning player is not an inherent land or online casino gambler but just happens to sell lottery tickets at her store in New Lexington.

The clerk, Naomi Miller, made an error when printing up a ticket for one of her customers at the store. As a service to the player she corrected the ticket, adding on an extra game to the player’s lottery ticket – and then instead of reimbursing the misprinted ticket she actually paid two bucks and bought the wrong lottery ticket for herself. Fate was smiling on the choice and both Naomi and the customer have won $250 thousands from the state lottery because of the winning numbers.

Like so many land and online casino winners who come into such a large sum of money during such hard times (in light of the still active US recession) Naomi plans to use the winnings to pay off her car. She will also likely invest some of the money and, like most winners a vacation is likely in the works for both of the thrilled Ohio state lottery winners.
