The email from the Royal Apollo team indicated that the site was shutting down effective immediately and would no longer accept game play from any players. The email cited the closure as a result of the online casino no longer being able to offer game play at a high standard and with reliability.

Although Rival was working on a way around the recent US payment blocks all of the licensees were experiencing credit card rejections and other issues as a result of the payment blocks. Without deposits and withdrawals Royal Apollo is left without an online casino and so has been forced to close its virtual doors this week.
