They buy-in for the tourney was just $1 and the turnout shocked even the PokerStars gambling site – a record breaking 149,196 players from all over the world bought into the tourney and played for the top prize of $50,000 in winnings. Other players took home cash though and the prize bubble was enormous – a whopping 30,000 players were a part of the tournament payment bubble this time around.
