It’s always so heartening to cover the charitable giving that is so very rampant in the online casino gambling industry. The gamblers themselves though have also begun to jump into the philanthropic spirit and Elizabeth Bennett-Martin has announced that she will donate a portion of her winnings at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure tournament to a charity she has set up to benefit education needs in Cambodia. Martin is a bit of an anomaly in the amateur poker gambling industry because she is a successful female poker player who performed incredibly well in events leading up to this poker gambling adventure.

The upcoming PokerStars event has really generated a lot of excitement these days as the gambling group ramps up for one of the biggest years yet for this event. Interestingly, PokerStars has responded to the growing number of female online casino poker gamblers who are entering the market and competing in tourneys and announced a special Ladies Event segment of the competition. That means that women poker players are not only accepted, but they are hugely welcomed at the Caribbean Adventure tourney by the PokerStars online casino poker gambling group.

Martin is excited by the possibilities this year and she notes that she intends to not only win the event, but that a set portion of her winnings will go directly toward supporting the Cambodian Legal Education Fund. Cambodia is a developing country and Martin’s charity will build educational opportunities for the youth in the country – if she wins of course!
