This multi-million dollar deal is quite significant within the market because it will greatly strengthen Bwin’s position in the international market while also offering up some exciting new games to the Italian market that have not yet found purchase there.

According to the most recent reports the fully purchase of Gioco is valued around $143 million – a larger figure than many in the online casino gambling industry anticipated after the partial sale of 10 percent of Gioco for a mere US $3 million. The firm details and prices have not yet been announced but Bwin is very near to finalizing the purchase and analysts in the industry anticipate that it wont take much longer.
