Interviews Shed No Light
The situation with the Casino Affiliate Programs (CAP) seems to have progressed
very little over the past couple of weeks. The dispute among the two owners of
the company became very messy once the accusations started flying last month and
has since only deteriorated as the CAP shareholders and the online casino
gambling industry media try to suss out the truth in what is really just a rash
of name-calling and questionably accurate emails. In more recent developments,
both of the individuals involved in the dispute, Warren Jolly and Lou Fabiano
agreed to be interviewed about the dispute officially and on the record.
What has emerged from the interviews remains the same sort of misinformation and
name-calling with very little new information coming to light. Online casinos
and gaming affiliates are worried about the affect that this dispute will have
on their current relationships with internet gaming sites – so to that end the
interviews are particularly compelling…is this the slow and bitter end to the
CAP brand?
Both men refuse to really take the blame of the situation on their own
shoulders, instead placing the weight of the situation squarely on the other
person. Online casinos and gamblers have no way to really know where the truth
lies at this point and it seems as though the industry media is equally confused
– not knowing which side to take in the dispute the media has noted that this is
a case that will be decided by the courts before it finds resolution. |
