The Courts Called In?
The issues between the top executives at the Casino Affiliate Program, Affiliate
Media In, and Effective Media Group (CAP, AMI, EMG) has gotten so bad that it
looks like there is just no hope of a peaceful resolution in this circumstance.
The online casino gambling industry has been watching this situation develop
over the past months now and general consensus is that the courts are going to
have to come into the Fray if there is any hope of finding an end to the
situation. There are some really weighty accusations on the table against both
of the gentlemen involved, Lou Fabiano and Warren Jolly – and most of the online
casinos and internet gambling companies following this just don’t know who’s
telling the truth and where this situation is leading.
Some of the key parts of the dilemma that have really angered the online casino
gambling industry is the controversy that these executives are still
perpetrating over the CardSpike and Absolute Slots internet gaming sites. These
two sites have encountered some major drama because of slow and no payouts – and
for a while there was no sign of who was actually behind these two online
casinos. But now that the mud-slinging has been started both men seemed to be
connected to these failed sites – and that is not something that is going to
boost the industry’s confidence in either one of them.
The shareholders in this situation are simply at a loss as to who to believe and
what to think about the safety and longevity of these companies, that have a lot
of business from some of the top online casinos in the world. The shareholders
are unable to adequately sort through the onslaught of more and more emails,
accusations, and confusing information – for that reason it’s generally accepted
that this controversy will make it into the courts before to long. |
