Testing Out the Internet Market
As the online caisno gambling industry looks more and more lucrative, the land
gambling companies all over the world are now beginning to consider their
options and test out internet gambling sites as a way to expand the business and
bring in more profits. The most notable case of late is Harrah’s Entertainment’s
decision to launch a full internet gambling division that will focus on
launching branded online casinos into the international online caisno gambling
market (excluding the US because of US regulations and legislation that bans
forms of internet gambling). Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corporation has
announced that it is now testing out more forms of land and internet gambling
through an agreement with Kenilworth Systems Corporation.
The new agreement is focused almost exclusively on the possibilities within the
online casino gambling market. The land gambling operations at Caribbean Casino
expanding alongside of the new move into the internet market and the company
will now also operate a land gambling venue in the Dominican Republic.
As far as the more online casino gambling technology is concerned, the company
is looking to offer Texas Hold’em tourneys and other forms of gambling
throughout the Caribbean. It seems that although the company is looking to enter
the internet arena, that there is still a central focus on the land gambling and
lottery markets. The agreement with Kenilworth has the potential to be extremely
lucrative because Kenilworth has a lot of patents already filed within the
United States and has some innovations for the land gambling market that allow
live gaming to be effectively followed for export into live gambling at the
online casinos. |
