In this case, all of the lottery gamblers who don’t actually win the jackpot can feel safe and secure in the fact that a large portion of their lottery ticket price is going directly to charity efforts all over the world.

The new charity lottery has already been designed and approved throughout the WCB, now all that is needed is the support of lottery gamblers and the charities themselves. Launching on October 12, 2009, the lottery will take place on a monthly basis for the first year its runs and then the plan is to begin offering the online charity lottery on a weekly basis throughout year two.
