More Time for Software
The exiting launch of the new interactive technology from Hop-On couldn’t even
be dampened by the fact that the software isn’t ready yet for a full launch. The
land and online casino gambling industry has been waiting patiently over the
past year for a showcase of this highly anticipated product…and making good on
its promise to showcase the product in Las Vegas at the 2009 International CES,
Hop-On previewed and showcased the new live gambling software for the land and
online casino gambling industry.
The only hitch in the launch of the product is the fact that the interactive
technology has not yet been perfected for release. Hop-On specializes in
interactive technology and the online casino gambling has been eagerly waiting
for new software releases. Hop-On’s reputation in the industry is very strong,
and for the land casinos, new software and technology is just what the companies
are looking for as a way to generate new interest in land gambling.
CEO of Hop-On, Peter Michaels, noted though that some of the problems that have
delayed the launch of the new live gaming product is the Android platform.
Specifically, Micheals notes that the focus of the showcase is on the
Interactive Gaming software because “we could not get the Flash to work at its
best on the Android platform yet, and Java does not provide the quality that I
am looking for.” Flash technology has really become a standard in the online
casino gambling industry and it is only fitting that Hop-On will take the extra
time needed to work out the kinks and launch the software with Flash technology. |
