CryptoLogic Loses One

Betsafe is a popular online casino poker gambling and betting brand that boasts gamblers from all over the world and has operated on the CryptoLogic network for two years now and it came as a bit of a surprise that the company announced a switch to the OnGame Network. OnGame is a high quality gaming network to be sure, but CryptoLogic was once widely regarded as one of the top software development companies for the online casino and poker gambling industries. In the past year or so though CryptoLogic has lost a few of its more prominent online gambling brands – Betsafe is just the latest of the companies switching to a new network.

As far as the switch, Betsafe is now joining the OnGame Network – this network already boasts several successful online casino poker gambling sites such as Poker Room, Red Kings, and Hollywood Poker. The Austrian network is owned and operated by Bwin – a very strong name and brand within the gambling industry. Bwin is a fast growing company and the OnGame Network is just one of the online casino gambling groups many unique products and offerings.

The CEO at Betsafe, Henrik Persson, didn’t really provide a wealth of detail on why the company decided to move off of the CryptoLogic poker network, but he did elaborate on the reason for choosing OnGame. He opines, “OnGame Network has a great selection of tournaments, promotions and is a leading innovative poker software supplier.” This new network though is only just growing so although online gamblers will still have large choice of tournaments and special promotions, OnGame was an interesting choice to say the least for this growing gaming site.
