No Stone Unturned
If there is a potential market for online casinos and internet gambling, you’d
better believe that the industry will not take long to analyze the market and
soon begin to flood the market with foundational growth until internet gambling
opportunities can be fully implemented. This has been shown time and again over
the past decade as the internet gambling industry grew to include a global
population of gamblers logging onto the online casino gambling sites and taking
part in any number of poker tourneys and gambling competitions.
The latest market that is soon to be, dare I say, exploited, is the Eastern
European market. The Balkan states in particular are in for a flood of new
developments where the online casino gambling industry is concerned. Just last
year the South American market was looked at as a new frontier for the online
casinos – now that that has frizzled a bit (as have attempts to open the Asian
markets to internet gambling) Eastern Europe is a prime target.
Interest is already stirring and analysts in the industry predict that new
online casino gambling sites will crop up throughout this year to cater to the
growing interest and registration from gamblers in Eastern Europe and the Balkan
states. Specifically, it seems as though the state governments in Croatia,
Bulgaria, Slovenia, Romania and more are showing an inclination to allow
regulated online gambling into the country – the key though is regulation and
the recent MECN report indicates that initial regulatory developments are
actually quite positive and show that the new markets will likely offer fair
taxation policies. |
