Canceling Football Outrages

Football is the largest team sport in the world. That’s just the way it is really and there is no denying that this sport has captivated audiences and sports enthusiasts all over the world. In addition to fans who simply love the game of football and all of the competition and ups and downs that that entails, there are others who have grown into an affinity for the sports betting industry as well and use a love of football to place bets on the outcome of football matches and individual players. Argentina has made a questionable choice this week with the announcement that the country has suspended the entire league of the Argentinean Football Association, Apertura.

The decision has outraged many online casino sports betting enthusiasts who are now unable to bet on the games that were scheduled. But the decision might actually come as a relief to some of the clubs players because there are allegations that the club has some pretty significant money problems and some players have not been paid. The money problems have not been widely publicized and recognized until this point.

Now though the club has been put in the hot seat and is attempting to renegotiate TV revenues and rates so that the club can payback players and then get back to the game. Because it is all so dependent on the Association though, there is no telling if any of the games for the rest of the season will make it back onto the schedule. That will likely entirely depend on the speed with which the club resolves this issue.
