Is it Legal in the US?

The state of Delaware is looking to take on the US sports industry this month with the announcement that the state has every intention of entering the US online casino sports betting industry. The National Football League has announced that it will launch a lawsuit against the state if it proceeds with attempts to launch an online casino sports betting market within the state.

The whole situation is heating up though as more US states are considering the profitability of an online casino sports betting market. Massachusetts has announced that it is also considering launching an in-state sports betting market despite the discouragement and threats from the NFL. The US is in a crisis situation right now with the state of the economy and the individual state governments are looking for an option that involved crisis resolution without the federal government.

Right now, the main solution on the table seems to be the online casino sports betting sites despite threats from the NFL. The NFL has a big problem with the new sports betting plans allegedly because of integrity in sports issues. Really though control is more likely the motivating factor. The NFL will lose some of the control over the betting market once several states begin to offer land and online sports betting opportunities.
