A Questionable Apology
An underage gambler at the online casinos poker rooms has openly admitted that
he wronged his fellow poker players and was justified in loosing numerous
account balances. The young poker player has earned a strong reputation in the
internet poker industry – and that isn’t necessarily a good thing. He has been
accused of multi-accounting and handling situations at the online casinos poker
rooms in an inflammatory manner. The poker player is below the legal gambling
age and has been banned from several of the top poker gambling sites in the
industry. Just last month he issued what sounds like a sincere apology to the
internet poker industry and announced his intentions to play legally this month.
The underage player, “JJProdigy” is not yet 18 (he will be later this month) and
has already gained notoriety in the online casino poker industry. In his several
years at the online poker rooms the player engaged in frequent confrontations
with other poker players. He was banned for using multiple player names and
switching identities to not only defraud the age requirements, but to avoid the
many conflicts and fights that he picked with the other online casinos poker
players.
He issued a public apology to the whole of the online poker industry though, and
many are inclined to accept his apology as sincere. After all, he was underage
at the time, and he admits to gambling fro several years – and engaging in the
embarrassing behaviour for most of that time. He posted his apology a few weeks
ago to the online casinos poker industry and made the following statement about
his situation. He notes, "…it was a downward spiral. I was a fugitive in the
online poker world. I used the reasoning 'if I'm already a wanted man, I might
as well maximize my value.' It was terrible logic, but it made sense to me
then."
