Betting Company Prematurely Pays Out
It looks like the online casinos and betting industry is just not the place to
go to for accurate information where politics is concerned. With the United
States involved in state primary elections, bettors all over the world are
placing their bets and looking to win. But Paddy Poker prematurely paid out on
the New Hampshire primary outcomes – the betting company assumed that Senator
Barak Obama would win the New Hampshire primary.
But boy was Paddy Poker, and many political and online casinos industry analysts
surprised when Senator Hilary Clinton actually took the New Hampshire primaries
by three percent. Paddy Poker was so sure by the predictions, and the way that
voting was going, that the betting site paid out to bettors the day before the
primaries closed.
Paddy Poker is now in the process of fixing that error in judgment – but to be
fair to the betting company, most of the political and online casinos betting
industry assumed that Obama would win, especially in light of his Iowa victory.
So, though Paddy Power got it wrong, we won’t hold it against ‘em, after all,
there are still 48 primary elections to go, and I’m betting they don’t make the
same mistake twice.
