Well in the recent Kentucky legislation that has made headlines around the world for its attempts to seize the domain names of prominent international online casinos, the lawyers only get paid if they win. The case is particularly tough because the domain seizure would not only cross state lines but would also attempt to seize the domain names of online casino gambling sites licensed outside of the US. Those in opposition to Kentucky’s solution to the illegal internet gambling problem have their work cut out for them as they attempt to instead prove that while online gambling is illegal in the US, the proposed legislation violates established laws of freedom and trade.
