Online Casinos Restore Faith
The performance at internet poker gambling sites for the month of September has
proved impressive. Online casinos throughout the international market have noted
a surge in the traffic as the traditionally busy fall season kicks into full
swing. This 2008 year has been a bit of an up and down situation for internet
gambling companies around the world. Just last year analysts predicted a huge
boom in the global internet gambling industry – the reality though of this year
has been a series of significant downturns in the global economy that have
caused smaller online casino gambling companies to close down while the major
players in the industry are reporting a steady increase in revenues and traffic
to the sites.
Recent reports from Market-Pulse indicate that the top two internet poker
gambling companies in the world showed very strong traffic at the sites for the
month of September despite the dire reports and speculation by some economic
strategists. The situation is basically that the economy is experiencing a
downturn and this is having an affect on the online casinos that expected large
increases in gambling revenues throughout the year in line with previous
predictions. This has proven largely untrue but on the up side the existing
online casino poker gamblers are still looking to the internet for their
entertainment and are making way to head to the top sites like Poker Stars and
Full Tilt Poker.
These two sites are having a stellar month in terms of traffic heading to the
two online casino poker gambling sites. Full Tilt reported a 30 percent increase
in traffic at the site while Poker Stars showed a whopping 43 percent increase
in traffic according to information gather by Market-Pulse. |
