Castle is based out of Washington State and the company has just announced that the design phase of the process was completed and the new online casino and poker gambling platform is near ready for international launch. The only issue that the company may encounter is the fact that foreign software development companies are not able to access US based gambling sites and the entire state of the US gambling industry is a sore issue for foreign based internet gambling companies.

The international internet gambling software development companies fled the US market two years ago because of the US’s ban on offshore online casinos accessing US players. As the sites evacuated the market, the software development companies were also forced to change their strategy, restructure, and offer a different variety of games in some cases (for the companies that are now catering to the Asian and South American markets). But what is surely going to cause a stir is a US based company poaching business from the online casino software development companies that were firmly pushed out of the US.

Now, there is also the likelihood that this new company could simply pass quietly into the industry – after all, Castle claims that the new software offers some very unique games as-yet unreleased in the internet gambling industry. And it isn’t like Castle is benefiting from the UIGEA – but even with that in mind, the US gambling market is a very sore subject by most gambling companies operating for more than two years.
