Parekh Named as Successor
The top management at the Boss Media online casinos gambling and betting
software provider has announced that the current CEO is leaving the company as
soon as next week. The current CEO at Boss Media, Michael Hallen, announced that
he was leaving the company since he had achieved all of the company’s business
goals for the year and the company is in a very strong financial position. The
newly announced successor for Hallen, Rahul Parekh is a further testament to the
integration of both Boss Media and the GTECH online casinos gambling technology
company.
Parekh is already involved in GTECH at a senior management level – specifically
working within the company’s products and strategies in the Asian Pacific
region. The transition into the position of CEO of this major online casinos
gambling company is significant, and Parekh commented on his new position; "I am
excited to take this new challenge on. Our business plan and objectives to
continue integrating Boss Media into GTECH and the new division remain.”
As for Hallen, he is confident that Parekh can continue to lead Boss Media and
GTECH into a positive 2008 financial year within the global online casinos
gambling industry. Hallen comments, "I have enjoyed working at Boss Media from
day one. I leave Boss Media very proud of what we have achieved together. As I
see it GTECH brings stability, growth, internationalization and new significant
opportunities to Boss Media.” The Board of Directors at Boss Media noted that
Hallen had “and made significant achievements for Boss Media,” but at the same
time, the online gamblers and company “clients will benefit from a larger
product portfolio and a stronger international presence; there will also evolve
more opportunities for our employees,” which is the result of the integration of
Boss Media and GTECH. |
