Integration for Winchinsky Products
The Cantor Fitzgerald group has the potential to significantly alter the face of
the land and online casino gambling industries with the company’s newly launched
eDeck mobile software and product. Cantor announced just recently that the
company had secured a deal to implement the eDeck technology in the M Resort,
Spa, and Casino. Now to top off that already important announcement, Cantor
Gaming (a subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald) acquired a large share of the
proprietary casino gaming brands and games for the Las Vegas gambling industry.
The newly acquired company is Michael Wichinsky’s family business which has a
huge portfolio of casino gaming content, designs, and intellectual property.
Cantor’s eDeck product is designed to offer land casino gamblers with a way to
still play their favorite land and online casino gambling games while sitting
poolside or enjoying a drink at the bar. The eDeck works as a mobile gaming
device that still routes all of the mobile gambling through the main company and
casino. All of the mobile gaming revenues at M still go through M’s land
gambling license. This technology differs from gambling at online casinos (a
fine line in the U.S.) because gamblers never gamble off of the premises and are
not placing gambles with foreign operated gambling companies – it all routes
through the land casino.
The Wichinsky brand is highly respected in Nevada as one of the premiere land
casino games developers. Cantor Gaming now owns all of the company’s gaming
software and will use the acquisition as a way to integrate all of the gaming
content onto the eDeck mobile gaming device. |
