There is Hope for Player Account Balances
Though players are upset over the fact that DGS has not honored player payouts
and account balances at the online casinos poker network, a recent press release
about the new DGS network gives at least some hope. Certain online casinos have
honored the network’s payouts in order to maintain a content player base, and
the companies are still skeptical that the new online casinos poker network will
in fact honor all of the previous account balances.
DGS announced that it was in the midst of a “transfer of its network” according
to a Protect Pal press release last week. And though additional details are
sketchy at best, the press release alleges that the Cintaly Holding Corporation
will take over the DGS network. The press release also offered a modicum relief
to players concerned about their outstanding online casinos poker balances. The
release stated that "....it is our understanding CHC intends to honour all
verified existing Player Balances and Licensee Agreements,” – certainly a relief
to many.
Players though have learned to be skeptical when it comes to DGS – and though
that skepticism is a little late coming, the press release is blatant in stating
that Cintaly is making it a priority to get the network back up and running for
online casinos players and companies.
The release also states that Cintaly plans on having the DGS network back fully
running within about 72 hours of the finalized deal with DGS. Who knows, the
switch to the Cintaly Holding Corporation could be just the revitalization that
the network needed to keep internet gambling companies and players.
