Speculation About Parlay

Parlay Entertainment is a Canadian based online casino bingo operator and the company has been considering two acquisition offers over the past several weeks, the problem is no one knows which companies are considering taking over the internet bingo company. Both Parlay and the interested companies are remaining tight lipped about the offers – there is no indication of or information on the companies, or even the amount of the two new offers.

PEIC Acquisitions was one of the first companies to make an offer for Parlay Entertainment, and once PEIC’s exclusive period of consideration ran out, Parlay announced that it had received two superior offers from other companies. PEIC’s offer was Cdn $12.3 million, and while the two offers are more than PEIC’s offer, that is as much information as has been currently released.

There is extensive speculation in the online casinos gambling industry that Ladbrokes is one of the companies to make a bid for Parlay. Over the past few weeks that speculation has increased to a fervor, but there is still no real indication on what companies are considering Parlay Entertainment. Parlay is very prominent in the internet bingo industry and has proprietary bingo software which would certainly benefit any company already involved in the internet gambling industry. The only area where some might consider Parlay tainted is in the fact that Parlay is linked to U.S. gambling activities, and the U.S. online gambling industry is highly inflammable at this point and many gambling companies do not even want to be linked to the U.S. market.
