What to Believe from DGS
Internet gamblers are justifiably fed up with the Digital Gaming Systems online
casinos poker network. The DGS network has had serious player complaints against
the company several times over the past year, but last month the network both
stopped honoring player accounts and also announced that the Cintaly Holding
Corporation planned to take over the DGS network and have online casinos on that
network back up and running in a number of days. Now that weeks have passed
since DGS made that announcement players and the internet gambling sites are
growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication.
The DGS online casinos poker network (the company also provides software for the
internet gambling industry) was a moderately popular internet gambling network
and companies such as Jungle Poker are now forced to honor outstanding balances
that the DGS network has refused to acknowledge.
As the DGS network spiraled into criticism over the past several months many of
the networks online casinos have considered switching to more popular and
reliable poker gambling networks such as Dobrosoft’s Gold Chips Network, Merge
Poker, or others. The fact is, internet gamblers and companies expected that the
Cintaly takeover would mean better communication and more reliable and trusted
service and so far that is far from accurate. Cintaly has been unresponsive to
request for additional information on the takeover and has not actually even
publicly confirmed that the company has in fact taken over control of the DGS
network and software development company. It leaves room for online gamblers to
wonder if the network went from one sketchy company to another questionable
company. |
