Replacing Management
More than a year after news of the first cheating scandal broke out, the current
COO of Tokwiro Enterprises, Paul Leggett, was willing to give some very valuable
and new information to the public about how the company has reshaped and
restructured as a way to not only cope with the outcome of the two cheating
scandals, but as a way to ensure that a similar event is nigh impossible at a
Tokwiro Enterprises company. Tokwiro Enterprises became a household name in the
online casino gambling industry last year when news of cheating scandals to the
tune of $21 million broke headlines and altered the image of the Absolute Poker
and Ultimate internet poker gambling sites.
In the aftermath of the first cheating scandal Leggett was brought on board the
team at Tokwiro Enterprises for the specific purpose of repairing the damage
that had been done by the online casino poker gambling scandal at the company’s
Absolute Poker gambling site. Within weeks though Leggett had more on his plate
than he anticipated when AP’s sister site, Ultimate Bet, was accused of a
similar cheating scandal but on an even larger scale.
Leggett has experience in the online casino gambling industry and his first
order of business for rebuilding AP and UB was to restructure the two poker
gambling companies and bring in a whole new management team. As COO of Tokwiro,
the parent company, Leggett was able to oversee the hiring process and ensure
that all new management at the companies was primarily focused on player safety
and security and the integrity of the game – that was Leggett’s first step in
the slow process to repair the reputation of the two sister online poker
gambling sites. |
