A New Chairman

Ladbrokes has announced that the long-time Chairman of the company is stepping down in the spring of 2009 and has appointed Peter Erskine as the company’s new Chairman. The current Chairman, Sir Ian Robinson has been with Ladbrokes for eight years and has seen the company through major strategy overhauls, a launch into the online caisno gambling industry and the launch of the brand into new and emerging markets. Robinson is stepping down from his position on May 15, 2009 and Erskine will take over full time at that point.
