What are they Hiding?
Tokwiro Enterprises is awfully touchy when it comes to disclosing information
related to last year’s Absolute Poker cheating scandal. Absolute Poker players
were at the brunt of one of the largest cheating scandals to-date in the online
casino gambling industry and although the Kahnawake Gaming Commission has fined
the parent company, Tokwiro Enterprises in addition to launching and completely
an official investigation into the cheating scandal, poker gamblers are not
placated and they are demanding more answers. Gambling 911 is an information
portal that reports information and speculation about all of the online casinos
and internet poker sites in the market that are of interest to players.
That is where Gambling 911 is running into some problems – Tokwiro Enterprises
is not pleased with the recent articles to come out of the new portal and is
actually threatening legal action against the site if it continues to speculate
and generate rumors about Absolute Poker and some of the company’s previous
employees.
Absolute Poker already has a tarnished reputation with the online casino poker
gambling industry because of the scandal, but the recent speculation from
Gambling 911 has the potential to really cause a ruckus if some of the
information turns out to be true.
At this point though it seems as though Tokwiro is overstepping some of its
boundaries, after all, Gambling 911 has won previous cases. At this point there
is no clear indication where Tokwiro is heading with the threats of legal
action, but it looks as though it will take a whole lot more than threats to
prompt Gambling 911 to take down the controversial article in question. |
