Placing the Blame
Inside Gaming has already refuted some of the intense allegations that came from
Aspiritus Gaming last week in connection with Aspiritus shutting down operations
on the company’s online casino gambling brand. For the past several months
Aspiritus Gaming apparently held a contract with Inside Gaming for the company’s
management services. Aspiritus is a new online casino gambling brand in the
market that launched just a few months past and has already been forced to close
its virtual doors because of financial problems that resulted from the company’s
contract with Inside Gaming.
Online casino gamblers with accounts at Aspiritus are concerned about their
account balances and the such because of a vague and not altogether promising
message that was left on the Aspiritus Gaming site. There is no firm indication
at this point whether or not players will receive payouts from their Aspiritus
accounts or whether their accounts have been transferred over to an as-yet
undisclosed online casino gambling company that launches this month.
Aspiritus’ information on its online casino gambling site placed the blame for
the site’s closure firmly on the shoulders of the reputable Inside Gaming
management company. Inside Gaming manages several very prominent online casinos
for the international market and many in the media and the industry are
skeptical that Aspiritus Gaming has provided all of the facts in the situation.
Aspiritus pinpointed the online casino gambling companies failure to stay in
business to the additional fees and the such that Inside Gaming charged.
Aspiritus’ statement on the site noted, "With the recent transfer restrictions
placed on our members, Aspiritus suffered major losses as the casino and poker
products make up 95% of revenues. The effect this has had on the goodwill and
reputation of the business in supplying services, especially for a community
based site such as Aspiritus, are devastating.”
Inside Gaming released a statement shortly after Aspiritus posted its full
statement on the site refuting some of the claims and providing more information
on the contract issues between the two companies. |
