Online Casino Poker Event
The Full Tilt online casino is well known in the internet poker industry as one
of the leading sites that offers competitive internet-based poker tournaments
that attract players from all over the globe. Full Tilt, in part, models the
online casino poker tourneys after the successful World Series of Poker
tournaments. Just this past weekend Event 7 of the Full Tilt Online Poker Series
finished – and even industry pros were surprised at the large entry field.
Online casino poker is a rapidly expanding alternative for players looking for
the experience in poker tournaments, but without the large cash outlay that it
takes to travel to some of the more prestigious land-based poker tourneys. Full
Tilt offers highly competitive tournaments that attract everyone from the
gambling professional to the some of the best amateur online casino players in
the world.
Event 7 of the Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS) began with an entry pool of
4,475 players. And with a tournament buy-in of $300 +¬¬¬¬ $22, the players were
competing for a final prize pool of $1,342,500. The final table contained the
top nine online casinos poker players – each one taking home a chunk of change
that is certainly nothing to sneeze about. Surprisingly, none of the poker
professionals (in the online casino poker industry or land-based industry) made
it to the final table. Of the players that made it, the payout for the final
nine was as follows:
9 – $17,989 – JaEs SiK
8 – $24, 165 – rocxf
7 – $30,877 – CRACKENaces
6 – $41,080 – Jlimbs
5 – $55,445 – cmimike
4 – $73,837 – chicagocards1
3 – $93,975 – digididopp
2 – $143,515 – crpaint
Braien took home the top prize in the event, $237,072, but luckily for all of
the online casinos poker tournament players, the prize bubble encompassed 585
players.
