New Board Member for PartyGaming
Just recently, the independent non-executive director of Party Gaming’s Board,
Lars Berg, resigned. Now however, that leaves room for Tim Bristow to take over
as the online casino gambling group’s new independent non-executive director.
The online casino gambling group Party Gaming announced that Bristow will
replace Berg effective immediately.
Bristow has experience operating out of Gibraltar, but less experience in the
online casinos industry. Previously, Bristow served as CEO Gibraltar’s primary
telecommunications provider, Gibtelecom, Ltd. He also has experience in
Gibraltar’s government, as the Financial and Development Secretary, among other
roles.
Lars Berg was with the online casino gambling company for two years before he
announced his plans to move on to other business interests. The parting with
online casino gambling group Party Gaming in amiable—the company released a
statement wishing Berg well in his other business ventures.
The company’s chairman, Michael Jackson, said, “The Board looks forward to
working with Tim, who is an accomplished professional with a great deal of
experience that will serve PartyGaming well. We are sorry to see Lars leave but
appreciate his need to relinquish his PartyGaming obligations to pursue other
business opportunities. The Board thanks Lars for his invaluable contribution
over the last two years and wishes him well for the future.”
