London is Super Hot

Not only does London offer a diverse selection of games according to the magazine, but London is home to some of the leading poker tournaments in Europe.

Following closely behind London as top cities for online casino and land-based poker gamblers to visit for great tournaments and card-rooms: Dublin, Tallinn, Barcelona, and Monte Carlo.

Bluff Magazine’s Editor-in-Chief, Michael Caselli comments on the Magazine list of the top poker destination cities. “London is super hot right now – it’s really making a name for itself on the poker scene. While other cities like Dublin and Barcelona are benefiting from the growth of poker, it’s London that is getting the greatest number of big money tournaments. With the WSOP kicking off its European contests here, London is becoming a key destination on the world poker calendar – it’s like Europe’s Las Vegas.”

And in true Las Vegas type fashion, the WSOP Europe will kick off in London later this year. The Europe WSOP is modeled after the U.S.’s successful and world renowned tournament. Part of why online casino and land-based poker fans will simply love London as a destination poker gambling location, is for “the enthusiasm with which the capital has embraced the game,” according to Bluff Magazine.
