German Online Casinos Q3 Results
The online casino gambling industry is still relatively uncertain – the country
is in negotiations with the European Commission concerning exclusionary
legislation that affects the entire European online casino gambling industry.
Germany’s Gaming VC has reported great results for the third quarter of 2007,
but is planning to expand in the coming year as a way to guarantee continued
growth if the German government does alter its current online casinos
legislation.
Gaming VC is a top name in the German gambling industry and operates several
successful sites and brands. The online casinos company announced it recently
acquired a Maltese gambling license – this is a part of the company’s plans for
2008. With a Maltese gambling license, Gaming VC is much safer from the whims of
the German government. The company also announced that it will now begin to
transfer its large German player base over to Maltese licensed online casino
sites in the coming months.
Additionally, the online casino released predictions in the third quarter report
that indicate that Gaming VC believes it is on the right track toward continuing
to increase company revenues in the fourth quarter and beyond. The company’s
current online casinos sites made for a successful third quarter with new player
accounts increased by 24 percent, and gross wins also up at the end of the
quarter. The company operates three popular sites: Casino Club, Casinos Club
Poker, and Betaland.
All in all, the company’s third quarter report concluded with positive
predictions for the full year report which will be released by June 2008. The
company anticipates coming in above the online casinos management forecasts.
