The President and CEO at CryptoLogic, Javaid Aziz, pinpointed that particular point as why the company had not prerviously aligned itself with an Asian online casino or mobile gambling company. Aziz notes, "Finding the right partners has been essential to CryptoLogic's dramatic growth in Europe, and it will be key to CryptoLogic's future growth in Asia." This is the sentiment that had CryptoLogic waiting until now to enter into the estimated $6.1 million deal with Mikoishi.

Specifics of the new deal basically allow that CrytoLogic’s partnership will “bring [the online casino software company] both new games and new capabilities in the massive Asian mobile gaming market,” remarks Aziz. And the great thing for CryptoLogic is that the deal can get even sweeter in time, if the partnerships works out positively for both of the companies involved. Though CryptoLogic only a minority share in Mikoishi, the deal allows for the Dublin-based online casino software developer to purchase more of the company in time. And with the huge potential in the Asian mobile online casinos gambling market, most industry analysts predict that this partnership is extremely positive for both companies.
