One More Online Casino Down

With the way online casinos are shutting down their U.S. businesses, it seems that the theme song for the online gambling industry is “Another One Bites the Dust…” Another online casino gambling company, 49ercasino.com, has announced plans to withdraw all business operations in the U.S.

As of April 23, 2007, 49ers online casino will be closed to all U.S. based internet gamblers. The company had the marketing firm Focal click releas a statement informing all U.S. gamblers that after the 23 their accounts with the online casino Web site will be closed, with checks mailed out a week later for those with remaining balances. The online gambling company though went on to state that sister sites are only shutting down operation within the U.S. and Turkey, those gamblers in Europe and the rest of the world are still able to gamble on the sites.

The statement released by Focal Click regarding the 49ers online casino said the following:
With the recent changes in the industry in the last few months, it has become increasingly difficult to effectively process financial transactions to 49er's valued US customers.

49er Casino accounts will remain active till April 23, 2007. Your customers are free to continue to enjoy their favourite games until that date, after which any available balance players have on their accounts will be processed and sent to them via check beginning April 30th.

It would be in your best interest to remove any 49erCasino.com links you have on your site immediately, as the ability to register a new account at 49er is not possible as of today, April 10, 2007.
