New White Labeling Policy If one good thing has come out of the recent public outcry from the online casino community, players can rest assured that companies like PlayShare and others will have better screening processes before allowing White Label sites to offer players gambling accounts. Players using Microgaming technology assume a certain level of protection in their gambling experience because of the Micrgaming promise. But when Microgaming licensees begin to operate White Label online casinos without informing players – well that is a clear indication that the White Labeling industry is in need of some new rules.
To assuage player concerns about the safety of their money when gambling at the White Label online casinos, PlayShare CEO, Max Wright noted, "PlayShare manages all player funds and takes full responsibility for all purchases and cash-ins on behalf of the White Label. If the White Label goes under and closes their operation then the players will continue to play on the casino and Playshare will honour any associated bets. The Player will not be compromised."
Then beyond this though, online casino players can expect that PlayShare’s White Labels are more trustworthy than previously. New White Labels will not only go through a more intense screening process, but owners would also go through background checks, among other new policies.
And in response to player concerns about the sheer number of White Label online casino sites now flooding the marketplace, Wright agreed that “hundreds of white label sites” is counterproductive. He elaborated on PlayShares new commitment concerning new White Labels, "All new partners for the future will only be set up as white labels if they have something strong to bring to the table such as an existing powerful brand."
And in a final note about the recent online casino player concerns, Wright commented that the public concerns have "....definitely got us thinking and given us a kick and so I am putting a lot more resources and my time to improve the white label program for the better. Over the next few days and weeks you will see changes." |
