Integration in the Mobile Gaming and Online Casinos Industries

The online casino gambling market and mobile gaming are two separate sectors of what arguably falls under the heading of the e-gaming industry. As mobile gaming companies become more prominent and the market widens, it seems that more and more companies are integrating or forming partnerships. Just last week Mobile Gaming Solutions (MGS) announced that plans have been finalized for the acquisition of an online casinos gaming group, Bowmans Holdings Ltd.

MGS is an established part of the mobile gaming industry – the MGS name is associated with reliable services and innovative SMS gaming solutions. And now that the company has carved out its corner of the mobile gaming market, it only makes sense that the company is now expanding into the online casinos sector. And though MGS could merely extend the brand name into the industry and start from scratch gaining a player base, wisely, MGS has decided to team up with the equally established Bowman Holdings brand.

Bowman Holdings has a long-standing history in the online casino gaming market, and now, with MGS, the two brands will benefit through the ability to integrate the two brand names and services, and offer both customer bases expanded products and services. The CEO at MGS, Juha Kiikeri comments on the acquisition, "Both companies are set to benefit significantly from this transaction, and not just on the balance sheet.”

She then elaborates on the “combined wealth of experiences” now that the two companies are joining. The online casinos industry is certainly a changing and evolving environment, so she notes, “Bowman Holdings operating as a licensed provider of online gaming solutions compliments our business profile perfectly, whilst at the same time we are able to position ourselves in the industry as an integrated 'One Stop Shop' provider for both online and mobile gaming solutions and to further develop our innovative gaming products.”

As new online casinos and affiliated services have a multitude of choices in the industry, the concept of a “One Stop Shop” is becoming more common and is proving increasingly effective.
