CryptoLogic's CEO Steps Down

After leading CyptoLogic for well over a decade, the President and CEO Lewis Rose announced that he will step down from his position when the company makes the company headquarters move to Dublin, Ireland.  CyptoLogic is known for its successful and innovative online casino offerings.  Javaid Aziz was announced as Rose’s successor, and many in the online casino industry agree that he has the experience to step into his predecessor’s shoes.

Though Aziz has little experience in the online casinos industry side of the business, he does boast an impressive resume that speaks to his capabilities.  Aziz has a technology management background that allowed him his position as Chief Executive of IBM’s UK branch, as well the ability to found his wireless application service provider business, Aspective, Ltd.

Aziz had the following to say about his appointment as the new CEO and president of CyptoLogic:
